Circle Freeze Traps Zama cUSDC Shared Contract Liquidity

Circle blacklisted a Zama confidential USDC contract after a wallet linked to Overnight Finance was flagged in litigation, trapping roughly $12.6 million of shared cUSDC liquidity.
