Spain AEAT Excludes Fully Self-Custodied Crypto From Modelo 721 Reporting

Spain's tax agency AEAT updated Modelo 721 guidance to state that crypto assets whose private keys are directly and fully controlled by the holder fall outside the foreign crypto asset reporting form. The clarification turns private-key control, exchange custody and MPC arrangements into core tax classification facts.
